Moon of Mind was inspired by my exploration of alternative holistic healing techniques shown to help individuals grow and improve their mental health. Enthralled by meditation and mindful living, I wanted to share these practices with others so that they can be empowered to reach their full potential. I speak at various events, as well as lead meditation classes, workshops and retreats for individuals from all walks of life.
